2 Chronicles 1-2 God Asks Solomon a Question 

In the course of time, Solomon became king over Israel. He solidified the kingdom and he took the elders  to a center in Gibeon, for the tent where they met God was located there, which Moses the Lord’s servant had made in the wilderness. That night God appeared to Solomon and said to him, “Tell me what I should give you.” Imagine that God appeared to you and asked you that question. What would be your answer? Would it be as Solomon who asked for wisdom and discernment? Or would you ask for riches untold to help your nation? Or would you ask for x,y,z (fill in the blank.) Solomon’s answer to God was pleasing to Him.  

God is still in the asking and giving business and He is coming to you to ask you that question. What will be your answer? Will God be pleased with your response?
