Psalm 51 Integrity

God is clear about what He desires in us. He desires a person with integrity in the inner man. That means truthfulness, honesty and a life where others are before him. He desires that we display this character trait both now and forevermore. We ask, how can we do that day after day after day? It is only because we have the indwelling Holy Spirit who brings to mind what Jesus taught and lived. Satan would have us believe the lie that he is not truth, but Christ Himself said: I AM the Way, the Truth, and the Life and no one comes to the Father but by ME. 

Are we people of integrity? Check yourself in the mirror of God’s Word. It reveals where our heart, which is deceitful and desperately wicked, but can be transformed by the blood of Jesus Christ. Then you can be and will be people of integrity always.
